AROTECH TRAINING AND SIMULATION DIVISION ACQUIRES SHOOTING RANGE INDUSTRIES

Ann Arbor, Michigan – October 6, 2020 – Arotech Corporation’s Training and Simulation Division (ATSD) announces the acquisition of Shooting Range Industries (SRI), a privately-owned company in Las Vegas, NV.  For over 25 years SRI has been a premier provider of live-fire shooting range solutions and equipment. They specialize in the design and manufacture of modular shooting ranges that are available as self-contained, single containers, Ready Range systems or fully configurable multi-container solutions for wide-open layouts with custom lane widths.  SRI customers include military units, commercial range operators, private citizens, and public safety organizations.

SRI will join ATSD’s MILO Range business area. SRI and MILO have a long-standing partnership that has been providing customers with MILO’s interactive scenario-based training solutions integrated with SRI’s live-fire solutions. The realistic virtual MILO engagements coupled with the use of actual firearms within SRI’s modular ranges provides a safe environment with the highest degree of immersion for commercial firearms, law enforcement, and military applications. The ability to further consolidate these businesses, while exploiting each team’s respective leadership position in their markets, will expand our customer outreach and allow us to offer a broader spectrum of range solutions.

“I am confident that SRI joining Arotech’s Training and Simulation Division and working in conjunction with MILO Range will provide exciting growth opportunities for SRI and its employees,” said Mike Halverson, President of SRI. “Having worked with the MILO Range team over the years, it is clear we are joining an organization that shares our commitment to quality and the desire to exceed customer expectations.”

“The addition of SRI to the ATSD family immediately provides our combined customer base with access to more products and capabilities with a single reputable company acting as their partner in complete range solutions,” said Kurt Flosky, President of the Arotech Training and Simulation Division. “We look forward to leveraging the resources of our larger organization to extend and expand the capabilities of the SRI team, enabling new areas for collective growth.
